M. Mende Grundbesitzverwaltungs GmbH currently manages around 3000 units in the greater Berlin area. Our company headquarters is located at Kurfürstendamm 61.

We manage condominium complexes (common/particular ownership), apartment buildings (new buildings as well as refurbished and unrefurbished old buildings), publicly subsidized housing complexes and office and commercial buildings.

Our company philosophy stands for reliability and a high, service-oriented quality standard.

With fixed contact persons and telephone consultation hours, we avoid the call center structure and instead offer personal contact with your property manager.

We attach great importance to a trusting relationship with our clients and customers and would also like to give you a transparent insight into our company. Currently, M. Mende Grundbesitzverwaltungs GmbH employs 14 people including the management.

2022

Anika Wilwand, who had been with the company as an authorized signatory since July 2019, was appointed as managing director in January 2022.

Both managing directors have been honorary examination members of the Berlin Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) for the training profession of real estate agent since 2016.

Florence-Dominique dal Molin-Mende, a real estate agent, has been with the company since it was founded and initially held the position of authorized signatory. with sole power of representation and has been a co-partner since 1999.

1997

Since 1997, M. Mende Grundbesitzverwaltungs GmbH has been a training company of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in the fields of real estate management and office communication.

Foundation

1994

M. Mende Grundbesitzverwaltungs GmbH was founded in 1994 by Marcus Mende, a lawyer from Munich, who was initially the sole shareholder and managing director.
